are hair extensions/weaves?
A. Hair extensions are any external hair
bearing device that is added to existing hair or scalp to give the
appearance of a natural (and undetectable as possible) fuller/longer
head of hair. Devices may consist of human hair, synthetic fiber
or a combination of both. The hair is generally dyed to match your
own hair. There are many variations of hair systems and extension
attachment techniques which can make a difference in how you can

long do hair extensions last?
A. It depends on how fast your own hair grows
as well as the method you choose. The average time is from 6 weeks
to 3 months and longer. However, touch-ups are required.

properly and cared for properly, they will not damage your hair.
